1. Return Window
You have 15 business days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Requests made after this 15-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or refund.
2. The Process: Inspection & Authenticity
To ensure the integrity of our pieces, all returns undergo a mandatory Quality & Authenticity Check once they arrive at our facility.
- Receipt of Item: Once your return is received, we will notify you via email.
- Authenticity Verification: Our experts will inspect the piece to ensure it is the original item sent, including matching serial numbers (if applicable), metal purity, and gemstone integrity.
- Condition Check: The item must be in its original, unworn condition and returned in its original packaging.
3. Evaluation of Issues
If you are returning an item due to a perceived defect or error:
- Our team will carefully examine the reported issue.
- Genuine Problems: If the defect is found to be a manufacturing error or a genuine quality issue, your refund will be approved.
- Exclusions: Refunds will not be processed for items showing signs of wear and tear, accidental damage, or unauthorized alterations.
4. Refund Processing
- We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start the process, please contact our support team at silvijewellery@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.
Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Silvi reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet the authenticity and quality standards outlined above.
